Our valuation reports will, subject to the availability of information and depending on the complexity of the job, normally be issued to our clients within five working days from the instruction date. We shall ensure that our valuation reports have the highest quality and comply with the International Valuation Standards prepared by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (“HKIS”).

The growth of the Hong Kong economy over the last four decades has necessitated a corresponding development of its infrastructure including the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the completion of the high speed rail network and Mass Transit railway extension lines, highways, electricity and water supplies. Relying upon our computerized property transactions data and vast amount of property information built over five decades, we have been able to provide professional advice to individual property owners on the assessment of property values on specific dates for estate duty, stamp duty and rating appeals.

Depending on the complexity of each case, surveyors' expert reports are frequently needed in Lands Tribunal and Court proceedings. We are prepared to provide expert opinion on behalf of our clients in a number of disputes involving valuations for various types of properties in both the Lands Tribunal and Law Courts.
