Wilkinson & Associates’ long term surveying practice in Hong Kong, we started in 2007 to offer direct-employed security guards to protect our clients’ various properties including residential, commercial, shopping malls, carparks, mix-used estates, etc.  By recruitment of security specialists coming from armed/disciplined forces and Nepalese guards and, also, an on-job training program focused on security tactics, customer service skills and business pragmatism, we soon built up a professional, reliable, and versatile security staff team for our deployment to provide each client with an integral security solution.

Same in 2007, we built up a team of experienced and qualified management staff to provide facility & property management services to our clients. We also set up a 24-hour control centre to monitor and co-ordinate the deployment of our security/frontline staff working onsite. Our managers and officers are competent in formulation and implementation of integral management solutions for our clients to make the most of their properties.

Our security/frontline staff deployed to work at our clients’properties always wear tidy uniform while on duty.  Alternatively, we can instruct them to wear uniform as requested and specified by a client.  In possession of professional expertise and corporate resources, we are persistent in training our onsite staff continually and always look for room for improvement to better our services.

Equipped with a surveillance network that consists CCTV installations, infra-red sensors and burglar alarm sensors tracks and records all activities, 24-hour a day, 7 days a week. Our 24-hour control centre receives and monitors all computer-generated call reports of incidents that occurred overnight. Additionally, we create security trend reports summarizing the activities at each client site. This service, combined with routine scheduled reports made by our on-site officer, gives us timely information regarding site occurrences which in turn translates to a quicker, more thorough response from our control centre officers.
