Requirements :

• Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division)
• With at least 4 years post qualification working experience in valuation work
• Preference to candidates with mortgage, statutory and PRC valuation experience
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Valuation Manager

Responsibilities :

• Handling mortgage and statutory valuation assignments
• Supervise valuation assistants
• Marketing and client relationship management
