Service Review
We have carried out the followings to ensure our service meet with residents needs
  • Headquarter staff are to carry out routine and surprise inspection to buildings under our management
  • We attend regular IO meeting, annual general meeting and building renovation work meeting
  • We shall present to owners an annual building management report to show work items completion and a functional budget listing all projected expenditures for owners’ perusal
  • We shall conduct annual survey to receive owners’ view on our management service performance
